I’ve had this about 3/4 weeks now and I love it! I have barely used my oven since purchasing. Easy to use, cools things well, and fast. So easy to clean would highly recommend

Bought a Ninja air fryer and it’sbrilliant. Haven’t used my oven since! Still learning but so far cooked the usual chips and accompaniments, shepherds pie, pasta bake and reheated various foods, an excellent buy.

Wow, my Air Fryer was 7 days outside of the warranty. I started getting an error telling me to plug in the probe (we dont ever use or need the probe). I called for assistance to be told out of warranty so cant help & that this is common error with the model I have?! That the sensor cant be replaced and its known to happen so just need to buy a new one?
How can such an expensive item, have such a common fault they dont let people know about and then a few days after the warranty expires it just stops working? Customer service was meant to call me back within 48 hours and didnt. I had to call back up just to be told nothing theyll do and it happens.

I would be very weary of spending money on these when common faults happen just outside warranty and they wont assist.

Very pleasantly surprised with the Foodie Airfryer. Meat and fish has been well cooked and succulent. Roast potatoes have been excellent. Oven chips much better than oven cooking - home made 'real' chips are still a work in progress but I'm sure I will find the right combination of oil, temperature and time soon.

I bought an Air Fryer for my daughter at Christmas and she uses it every day. It's easy to use and clean. Food cooks so much quicker than a conventional oven.
My daughter was calling me every day telling me what she'd cooked the night before and as she was going on about it so much I decided to buy one for myself.
I don't use mine every day, more like 3 nights a week. Chicken goujons only take 10 mins. I normally grill burgers but done in the fryer they taste better, so my husband tells me. ?
Chips take no time at all, only 10 minutes or a few minutes more depending how crispy you like them. I feel that the Air Fryer was a good purchase and would recommend it.

Terrible customer service, ordered a sit fryer as the site said stick available and the full amount was debited from my account to find later that it was in fact out of stock when I reviewed my order. No notification or communication received informing me of the delay. Rang and was told expecting new stick and y order would be dispatched as a priority when stock came in , expected in 2 weeks. That date came my husband received an email telling him more stock has arrived and suggesting he put in an order and yet when I phoned chasing my order, told stock hadn’t arrived. No apology or explanation, he just offered to cancel the order for me!

Bought the Af400 9 litre Ninja. Like the ease of use. Easy to clean. Still experimenting but food tastes better medium chicken 1 hour roast very nice. Does what it says on box. Will need silicone muffin tray as don't keep shape in paper cases and capacity in drawers not huge. Sync is useful but would imagine the non drawer model would be bigger inside.

Item at time of order showed in stock. After a week of not getting any order dispatch information I sent an email to customer services asking about my missing order.
It took them almost a week to send me an email informing me that there was no stock of the item despite it supposedly taking upto 48hrs for reply.
There has been nothing positive regarding this purchase as yet

bought the Ninja kitchen a few months ago rally because of the energy crisis we're all going through. I can say it's one the the best buys i've not used my oven or cooker and have saved time and energy at the same time. Would recommend if your looking to cut down on bills in the long run 5* all the way

Disgusting company and disgusting customer service. I bought a 10 in 1 oven for over £200. After 6 weeks it looks like its 5 years old inside as you cant clean them properly. Rang Ninja who told me as its over 30 days old they can't do anything and it's tough.ive since found this is a known issue with this make. They are happy to take your money but once there got it they don't want to know. I would avoid this company at all costs

I actually bought a smaller (cheap ) one to check that I would find an airfryer useful, so I advanced on to the Ninga dual draw as it has a lot more feature which are very useful, I haven't used my normal ove since buying this airfryer would recommend

Bought a couple of Ninja multicooker accessories from Ninja Kitchen UK and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received them and well packaged. Easy to use site. Thank you. Would recommend.

Bought the Air fryer then Pressure Cooker fantastic does everything it says haven’t used our cooker since Xmas . Just bought the toaster and the Kettle as with the others fantastic.
Highly recommend, Waiting for the knifes to turn up.

I would say that Ninja is probably the worst company I have tried to order from. I decided to treat myself to a Ninja. Three times i have tried to order, three times they have cancelled the transaction. I have tried different ways of paying, different email addresses. When I tried to log in it said that my details were unknown but when I telephoned them they knew the email addresses and orders. They told me to try different devices to order, to try different payment methods. Their customer services is one of the worst I have encounter. I am certain they cancel the orders as I tried to use a code my friend had been sent to pass on when she bought hers. 10% discount - not worth the trouble! I would rather do without a Ninja than give them my business.

I bought my first ninja foodi in 2019 and loved it , its still going strong today , I've recently added the new 15 in 1, which is just amazing but when I had small problem with it ninja customer service acted immediately and rectified the problem , I've a few ninja items that all work brilliantly , they are a super brand and I've had no problems whatsoever with orders they also arrive very quickly indeed.
I'm a very very happy customer and hope to soon add to my collection !!
